Okay I read the raws. From my interpretation, ML finally figured out his feelings and him and MC finally get together. ML’s uncle comes over with the usual rant of “GET AWAY FROM HIM OR YOU’LL DIE” speech and while they’re talking, the spirit that ML made the deal with as a kid starts talking to MC. Literally entered MC and told him the truth of what ML did. Now MC confronts him and throws the box the spirit was locked in. Spirit gets out and enters ML, knocking him out cold. Now uncle doesn’t want MC around ML because of the incident, their movie gets paused, and finally MC packs his bags and leaves without telling people where he went. ML wakes up and is losing it. With the spirit still inside him, he gets lured by the spirit masked as MC and “masked MC spirit” asks him again what he wants (to lure him to another wish because he can make up to 9 or something like that )? He said he wants MC back and just like that, there’s another wish he made and now it’ll continue in S3. (Again, the spirit was tryna trick him and because he loves MC, he didn’t want to mess anything up further and started choking it out. That’s when the spirit put on MC’s form and it fucked with his emotions badddd. He thought it was really him and wished to have him back)

I was reading the raws with a translator and from what I picked up, it seemed like ML’s aunt found out about MC and was going to use it against him if he didn’t do what she wanted. It seemed like he was trying to rebel against the grandfather and in the end, she pulled out a pic of MC as if she was telling him to tread lightly.
ML went to MC home drunken and they spend one last night holding each other (no sex). ML left in the early AM and MC found out that he suddenly left. I’m assuming their classmate called him like, “HEY HE SUDDENLY DROPPED OUTTA SCHOOL”. MC rushed over to his apartment and found the door ajar and the place empty.
4 year time skip. MC is working for a company and bumps into ML at the end of the chapter. MC has his hair all grown out like how he use to have it too

It was beyond the issue at this point. I think ML also did it to protect MC from his aunt and what she could possibly do. He still loved and missed MC even though he left like that. He just felt hurt with being used because he’s use to being used all his life. Adding the fact that he wants MC to speak his feelings, knowing that he actually can’t. He was digging his own grave before he left. He was hoping MC would realize and be softer but he should’ve known better
