Yes, in omegaverse there is actual legal rape, it is considered "unavoidable" for an alpha to rape an omega when the omega is in heat and as such the alpha won't be punished. It is still rape, If the omega doesn't want it then he doesn't want it, but there is no punishment by law under these specific circumstances (Because during an omega's heat their body is literally ASKING an omega to fuck and impregnate them. Within omegaverse i've yet to see a story where an alpha has charges pressed against him, the most i've seen done in this situation is for the omega to get an abortion if they truly don't want to be with the alpha).
