This is more of an educated guess based on my experience with this type of situation in other stuff I've read/watched, but I'm thinking that the guy at the end, Sanzashi, is going to blame Shin and Baku for the energy corrupting his god and try to destroy one or both of them in order to get it to stop. That or whatever's happening to Sanzashi's god is going to make Shin and his god even more ostracized than they already are.
God, that one hug was able to convey more emotion than I've seen in most yaoi manga. This is slow burn at its finest.
Honestly, if someone ever said to me the kind of things LiHuan says to YuYang, I'd probably fall for them in a heartbeat. I'm hella weak to stuff like that.
