Well... so...
Takeru (Uke) was a virgin closet gay who was denying his sexual orientation. He realised he is gay in middle school, very young and on puberty.
He have no one he can confide in. He start thinking for the worst and get very defensive.
He feel very frustrated at himself that he start getting aggressive to people with same problem as him.
His shitty behaviour was a persona he made to act to protect himself. 
Because he have no one to talk to, he try to learn things or learn about himself by himself (such lonely person...).
He tried buying sex toys online to find out if his preference is really that, or if he can get off with fake dick. However, halfway using them, he got scared and feel uncomfortable, so he stop using them.
He is not a home-maker kind of person, so he don't really tidy up stuffs. So he always forgot to throw away stuff he don't need/want.

One day, somehow when Chouji (Seme) looking straight at Takeru and likewise...
They somehow feels this uncertain mutual attraction to each other. (It is what I would call fated pair. Or perfect compatibility).

Meanwhile, Chouji is an Alpha male who can excels in anything if he try. But therefor he never truly attached to anything.
That is until he met Takeru and know him better.
Chouji being the understanding type, and more mature one, encourage Takeru to accept himself. He become the person Takeru can confide in, and slowly put down his defensiveness.
And, as for Chouji, he is a BI with both feminine & masculine persona merge together. (He is okay doing things with both males & females).
That's why sometimes you can see him being manly af & strong and stuff. But sometimes he can be so fragile and weak to his own emotion made him easily break in tears.
Chouji has accepted both of his persona as him and be in peace. That's why he is able to guide Takeru.
And ever since he being with Takeru, Takeru bring out more of Chouji's manly side. The side which want to protect, spoil, possess and care for Takeru who seems so weak, cute, lonely, and the tsundere he was...
So....
To explain it shortly, this is what they both feels:
"I am not so sure what it is, but I am really is crazy for him and all I want is him. He make my heart feel at ease. I feel very happy with him by my side".

And, if you have not read the prequel yet, please read them first to know what was the original problem which lead to the current state.
Takeru was quite a jerk/bastard in that prequel.
In this sequel, we managed to learn and understand what lead him to do those shitty move. But doesn't mean he is forgiven for that act. 
Thank God, Takeru reflected himself and with Chouji's help, he able to sincerely ask forgiveness.
