Do I believe Sangwoo should get what's coming to him? Perhaps. I'm not defending the characters actions. Not all victims grow to be this way but is it all his fault? He may have had a choice. He chose violence because maybe that's the only thing he knows. And thats not fair to the victims but at the same time, I don't believe he decided to be a murderer. He's unfortunately sick. Bum too.
Relax. I don't have anything against that idea. I think of psychopaths as people who are 'broken', their brain does not function the way normal people do. If we understand the way brain works and how their brain patterns are a lot different than us (which might be developed due to their environment, genetics and past traumas), many people might realize that they are just unfortunate to be that way, as you said.
