Sorry for the late reply, and No not really this story pretty much has nothing to do with Yume Musubi, Koi Musubi and Himegoto Asobi ! It's just that some thinks that Shunpei in this manga is the same Shunpei in Yume Musubi ! I myself think that too not So sure but he have some similarity to the Shunpei in this manga also he said to Ao that he was in love with a guy in the past Maybe he was referring to Madoka !?

He is actually. In Ao's story Shunpei also tells Ao that Ao has helped him move on, however there is never any more detail into Shunpei's story and whether or not he found a new love or if he has just decided to try and find it. There is also the small shop's owner from Himegoto Asobi. Him, as well as his daughter, play a part in both stories. If you read all three stories in a different order, the story still comes across as completely understandable. However, I listed each manga in order of the timeline based on Shunpei's age and the store owner's relationship.

At the very end, Sensei wrote some additional information on the characters. In this Sensei wrote that "yes Shunpei is THAT Shunpei from Tea for Two and he is in love with THAT guy"
