I strongly think so
As it’s a Japanese manga it gets released monthly in a manga magazine I believe - like Shonen Jump (but that’s a weekly release magazine). And then eventually it gets a volume when enough chapters are available. But I think the volumes come out later so that’s why it’s once a month.
