well, when people give birth, the placenta also comes out so it's kinda like giving birth twice. and she was probably in a lot of pain and out of it
but then again i've never given birth so idk

but like wouldn't she be technically be giving birth 4 times then? I also thought that mothers are usually presented with their child/children after they are born. But I never had a kid so idk either (⊙…⊙ )

in this case they're identical twins so it's 2 babies and the placenta
Some countries present it right away, but others take it away to clean first. or if there are complications, the baby goes into an incubator. from what i know haha

She probably had an epidural. You remember pain but you can't actually feel it again in your memories.

It could had also been a C section so she was unconscious

I think she asked the doc about remembering having two but the doctor denied it because the evil mother gave money to the doctor to stay silent

OH my mistake sry for C section normally they are awake but u can ask them to give u some drowsy medicine or smth so maybe the mother and sister requested?
