I find it just okay tho the art was very beautiful. The story's pacing could've been executed better. There were panels that made me ??? and I felt like the trajectory of the story isn't clear. Also the background between the two leads should've been presented or at least given more light considering that there's a plan for season 2. Also, depsite my like for the relationship progress between the leads, I find it lacking and sometimes cringey due to the aforementioned. Again, the story is so-so but I don't think it's to the point of time wasted. Anw, looking forward to the s2!

In utter disbelief for not finding this sooner!!! I devoured this manga for one whole afternoon and read the prior manga and the special chapters in one sitting. I love how the manga portrayed a woman mc who knows her way around and is very level-headed. The male lead and other characs were given good roles and they have definitely succeeded in gaining my attention. I love the whole strangers-kinda enemies-close friends-to lovers relationship transitions between mc and ml!!! The way the author also depicted a realistic relationship between hetero friendship who found themselves falling for each other is so beautiful! The maturity of both characters, especially Tsubaki, was really well-done. He understood that kanoko's happiness is the priority and by hindering her from inteacting with others, would be selfish. Tsubaki is such a fantastic character and his change was executed so well that I swooned throughout. I also love the sc president's character tho I really wished there was a special chapter just for him. Needless to say, this manga has solidified itself as a new fave of mine next to Gakuen Alice, Akatsuki no Yona, Kono oto tomare, etc. I LOVE IT SO MUCH THANK U FOR THIS!!!!
