I read books from Robert Greene, esp. Laws of human nature. I read about so many behaviours in there that it helped me to see when people genuinely cared and when they used me to make themselves look better. I still struggle with connections but the ones I made after I read this book are... more genuine? Like there is no hidden competition and I can express my opinion and I am not shamed for whatever I say. Idk

No no no, you are fine! I read them just to understand why people were mean in the first place. It's a good study to protect yourself against them, I don't use the techniques in there. I found it helpful to weed out bad people (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
