I think the parallel universe was a good idea. I really coudn't enjoy happy Chiwoo and Jihyun otherwise.
I have to say I'm so satisfied with the writing. Yes, I felt pity towards Jihyun but I could still say he deserved it. It was his own doing. So I kinda calmed down with the "it was just a dream".

Just finished binge reading this. It's past 1 am and I am sitting here crying. Stories like these get me every time. It's so sad that such a precious friendship ended so tragically. At first I wasn't really sure what really happend in that incident and to be honest I didn't want to believe it but when I was sure that .. that happend I just broke down. I am really satisfied with the ending but I am just so sad that Jihyun did sth so horrible to the person he loved most. And when Chiwoo talked to him in the hospital I was just glad to see Jihyuns regret. Kyujin and Chiwoo really deserve their happines.
