Embryo means a baby but in an early stage like around 1-7 weeks. I think it means that Jinyao already donated his and it's (or the baby) is already in growing in progress, which is the kid now. And since we know that Yiyun also donate his in the beginning I think his donation went to someone else.

It’s a surrogate who has no relation or involvement in the story. But the sperm is yiyi’s, so it’s his child. Egg is meant to be the female um reproducing thing lol. The aunt is too old and is infertile, therefore she can’t have a child. she took yiyi’s sperms thinking that it was feng’s, so that she could have a heir to the feng family, since using her husband’s sperm wouldn’t make the child a feng because there is no blood connection.
