as korean speaker I read all 75 chapters (season 1 just ended few weeks ago) and the plot in this manga is the main thing that made me sooooo into it. loved to see how their relationship getting developed!
I like plot! but if someone's looking for smut, this ain't the story.
Imagine if this had "romance" in it lolz. Uke and Seme would end up falling deeper with each other but then due to the past problems of the seme, from one of his old "exes," or simply from medievel society, he and the uke would die a horrible death. But then they get revived in modern day korea but this time they have the challenge of an unaccepting society, without the power the seme had, how would they live happily ever after?

This is very heartwarming and all but my main problem is what about our lil uke? What about all those tears and sufferings he went through because of the incompetence of the Seme, because he was not brave enough. What about the feelings of the uke? Why did the Uke only suffer while the seme just goes and meets the uke coincidentally and reconciles??? Like hun I wouldn't just do that, he needs to suffer the same pain the uke went through. That's like the only part that I hate about the manga.
Usually I hate seme who hurts the uke and are forgiven in two seconds, but in this case I think the issue is much more complex. Akira had a certain mentality his family pushed on him, he couldn't fully accept his sexuality and his true self and he was sure the only way to live a meaningful life was meeting his parents' expectation, getting married and having children. He did something very wrong to Yuuki, but I don't feel like he needed any other punishment beside the one he already got (that is wasting years of his life with someone he didn't love and hurt the person he loved) and I don't feel like he needs to be blamed that much. He acted like this because he was influenced by society and it's beautiful how later he learnt to accept himself and live freely.
I thought I wouldn't see a comment like this. All comments just talked about how it hurts and it made them cry but no one pointed out what the seme did, glad that I'm not the only who thinks that the seme should've suffered too. He left the uke when the uke has done nothing but love him, tbh I was hoping the uke would've moved on and that leaves the seme broken.

I know its like hot and all but like everytime a BL couple gets together, sometimes I just wanna see them hug for hours and hours and talk about wholesome stuff and be fluffy and cute rather than just doing the snu snu immediately w/out preperation. Like I want them to cuddle and make me feel just how single I am, y'know. Nonetheless, I'm glad I didn't see an "END' in chapter 3 (=・ω・=)
