uhmm for someone who has lived a second life, she’s so….stupid. every interaction she had with her brother had me closing my eyes because it’s so dumb, shes so dumb.
She isn't as much stupid as naive and sheltered. Both her parents put her on a pedestal, prioritized her and made sure she lack for nothing. It made her turn a blind eye to her brother's suffering bc in her eye he probably wasn't suffering as much until he killed both her parents. Even in her second life she realizes her brother wasn't really wrong to take what should have ideally been his but she got for her parents were that partial to her however has no idea how to remedy the situation.

Her element of water itself makes her more emotionally inclined and merciful ig.
Also, considering she only remembers how she read this book in her past life after living for a while....she clearly forgot a lot of her past life and probs the book too.
She remembers as she goes from what we see. But if u notice this manhwa itself doesn't really highlight her past life at all...most likely because her being a reincarnation doesn't matter here. She has already become this innocent, sheltered naive character after living so long.
Also in general, I think it's fine to have "dumb" FLs! We have strong ones as well so why not have a variety? But in this case, I think the FL is not dumb per se...I think as the commentator above me said...she is simply sheltered.
