Haha well it's definitely a case to case basis thing. Though I didn't think it through when i commented that. It's rlly hard to draw the line especially since theyre so drunk that it's nearly fatal. we would need more context behind it to rlly know for sure but rn it's morally dubious. Stuff like intent before the assault is still super important. I think that currently, from the context we've been given, redhead dude is almost just as unaware of his acts.
