They've always looked like a beautiful couple, and the ending seems lovely and romantic, but something about their conversation and interactions always feels a bit awkward. With his constant smile and charm I never feel like I can trust Ash. He makes me feel uneasy. And poor Carlyle always appears to be uncomfortable too. They don't seem like a couple who know each other very well or can speak to each other casually. It's as if they're still in the early stages of dating. Perhaps the problems they've had in the relationship, especially the recent ones are one of the main reasons for this. And maybe that's why a lot of readers are saying the ending feels like it came too early. Anyway, the art work is great and I still enjoyed this regardless.

I was really hoping that was the 2nd couple's baby. The 2nd couple totally upstaged the main one. They had better chemistry, and were overall more likable. I sympathized with the dominant omega, but I never liked him. I had wanted the ML 2 find somebody else since the beginning.

He makes threats and never delivers. He's not very sharp. And I can't believe he'd let that whackjob quack (former fiance) get 10 miles near his kid. I don't care what he promised him, that mad scientist belongs in jail. I was really hoping the author would give him his comeuppance, but we got nada.
Sex and a burger--End of chapter.
