Tbh I don't like how Lohanesse goes all "omg, I understand his actions! he did those cuz he liked me" & blushes! Bullying is bullying! There's no justification for such an heinous act! The author really shouldn't do that since the main character has more of an realistic problem about social acceptance, social anxiety etc problems!
Although I read the novel some time ago, it feels a bit different. I think in the novel the butler wasn't there in time & the Duke started to suspect everything that's happening
