The email thing is probably that Muyeong's been his fan and closer to him for a longer time than he thought and that prior relationship meant something to Seonho. Clearly it meant something to Muyeong too, so maybe Seonho planned to ask him why Muyeong would run to Junseok when they already had that bond through art. I dunno. He got the feels about it. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
The problem is that this is not a one time thing, Muyeong tends to act selfish and leave Seonho to jump into conclusions alone and suffer by himself.
