Well uke is expressing different emotions, because he isn't 0-1 character, of course he feels it different when for example the 1st time they had sex he was in control mentally, because he wants to kill him by doing it with him and he will feel different when he loose a control of the situation and feel like he is the one loosing something, he can feel please and disgust at the same moment and he develops some weird feelings for his abuser because of the strong emotions he feels at the moment
