The empress didn’t really care bc after that she tried to push the ‘first born son as the house lord’ law to trap the grandfather while he was given the Golden Order by the emperor in order to place viese as the lord(aka dog). But as always they lost. they thought they’re able to control lulak lombardy but that’s where they’re wrong . While the parents are scared of the empress, they got displaced, by Lulak, to the annex where guest usually stays (means they’re no longer treated as family but as guests instead)
