I think it's because of stuff Matthew did to him. Matthew isn't innocent in this drama either. Jin is hurt, stressed and overwhelmed because of everything. He can't think rationally because of his current mental state. If I were in his place I'd have a mental breakdown and kms myself. He's strong for even staying alive at this point. He isn't even sure who to trust anymore. He'll need time to process everything. He might go back to Brandon due to thinking irrationally (I could go deep into this but no one will read a long text) but eventually he'll realize some things. I just hope that he'll have a happy ending. He didn't deserve all that shit in his life

Jin hates Brandon. Brandon would drug Jin and would have sex with him. The reason he called out his name was because he was in and out because of the sedative Matthew gave him and he called out Brandon’s name because that what he would do to Jin. That’s why Jin felt betrayed because he was reminded of what he went through in the past. That’s why he left Matthew. It was the betrayal of Matthew trying to ‘control’ Jin.
Finally someone said it. Everyone thinks he called his name because he still like him but no, he is reminded of that disgusting time with brandon. He is hurt , betrayed . Not that he can't get over Brandon. Poor Jin, he feels he can't trust Matthew. How is he even alive with all that drug doses
