I hated the fact that he just thanosed himself after pulling all this sht on the main couple. He and that glasses weirdo deserved a much more painful ending considering how cruel they were when they were humans and how terrible they continued to be as a link and a vampire. like they really continued being psychotic and petty till the very end of their existence.
I can't find it in myself to sympathise with joohyun cause bro literally had the villagers who took him in as a child executed, continued torturing and killing everyone chi-hwan knew or met.
Idk I'm just dissatisfied with how the story ended. Also, how did hwan become a vampire? did I miss a chapter? Why is the ml's blood poisonous to vampires? What is a pure human?
Joohyun never enjoyed having the villagers and his peers killed and he started torturing the villagers after Chihwan ran away and tried to kill him

Well, those people were tortured, executed regardless of how he felt about it. (it's been a month since I read it so idk, it wasn't some random village right?) and after the second coup not only did chi-hwan lose his dad and older brother, but he also watched his lover have his entire village killed in order to "protect him."
Joohyun himself says that all this happened because he got too greedy, and if their love was all that mattered to him, him and hwan could have run away and lived a normal life together elsewhere.
yeah, idk about if he deserved better but what he did deserve.. was a proper conclusion to his story besides just poofing up.
