The pacing of this story feels really slow, and there aren't enough fight scenes to keep things exciting. I'm dropping it at chapter 100 because I can't recall a single chapter that gave me that adrenaline rush I usually like to get from reading isekai webtoon The story is calm, and that's fine, I’ve pushed through to chapter 100. Its interesting.
Should i push through? I wanna read the novel too.

I rather like stories like this, that is slowly building step by step than fights every chapter and feeling rushed. And there will be plenty of action once the war begins.
As a novel reader who finished reading the web novel, I say UES, it's worth sticking to it! Long series such as this usually goes arc per arc until we get to last boss. The journey IMO is also really good. I also like that we don't have someone who's just going OP just because. Novel ends around 700+ so long haul.
Once the war arcs start happening, it gets even better IMO. The arc that was one mehh to me was when they were in Eastern Continent. It was funny though.
I'd say go read the novel and let this webtoon marinate for a while. It's going to be quite a bit until we get introduced to the MAIN antagonist and start getting into the more juicy bits of the story. But I promise the wait is worth it so make sure to come back and check every once in a while.
Read the novel. This is actually still in preparation and world building stage. Once shit hits the fan, you're going to be clutching your seat because it's going to be intense.
Also you will understand Cale's meticulous personality and why did it take so long and slow before all the action starts.
Everything will start moving really fast.
And then you'll start going like, please make it stop and let Cale rest! He needs a rest! Please, I want 100 chapters of him just farming, please!
Basically what I want to say is that the payoff is enormous. So just enjoy the slow chapters while it lasts. Enjoy our little Cale still helathy and well rested and not overworked

Honesty the webtoon is so long that i got bored. But still i was curious about the noble and wanted to read it but someone said it has 1,100 plus chapter so no way. That is so long

simply bc varia doesn't love duke first. romance is the least thing she thought, survival is top priority. so the duke fell first and harder. varia opens up bc leonia is duke's wingman (leonia gives duke muscle book to varia). the first scene of their meeting is absolute comedy. varia stripping, duke intense wanting to look away but watching her at the same time and leonia climbing the balcony to peek the original MCs varia just want to handover the documents she tied to her inner shirt. romance isn't the main focus despite varia appearance though, the novel details varia and leonia relationship too. and leonia and duke falling for varia's innocent (before the two tainted her - leonia with her muscle book and duke with his flirting and sexual advances).
I don’t get why people hate the ML. What he did in the past was because the FL almost killed his lover. Now, in the present, he hasn’t done anything wrong. He just doesn’t like her, and you can’t force him to. She wasn’t his type 'his ideal woman', but now she’s changed, and he’s showing interest. He hasn’t been cruel; he just didn’t like her.

I think more like he didn’t find her to be his type is also because he never even tried to look at her or anything. Because if he did, he could see he actually likes her which is what is happening now. Which is not to say I really hate him, I jist have to say I like the crown prince better and am sad because he will never get a chance even thought we actually cared for her for years and put her happiness above else.
