Ik it's not the ideal solution, but for any manga that have blurry episodes like this you can 'save image' and read them directly on your phone/computer. They're blurry because they posted the strip as too big of an image so it got compressed, but the image itself isn't blurry!
You're actually right, except in the part where the translator say "Sorry for this part" on the panel (Where Taehan kiss the MC on the lips full of his own semen) it's actually full of pixel, and dl it didn't change anything but I think they may have encounter some issue maybe ?
