Well, Kou is not wrong and the president? I understand him. I'm a daughter of an owner of a SME company and my mother does that to me aaaallll the time! ヽ(`Д´)ノ
But you know, it's really effective. I've learned to think first before doing something stupid or like Kou said "sensitive and self righteous". ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I have to disagree with you there. People have different modes of learning, and learning by throwing MC into the deep end is obviously not helping him and just among him feel stupid and insecure.
I’m the daughter of a SME too, and I hated it when my parents did that to me. I did learn stuff eventually- though not without a price. With constantly having to aplogize for mistakes I didn’t even know existed, much less know how to fix them and constantly disappointing the people around me made me insecure and have anxiety attacks. In the end it just drove me away for my parents for a long time and still now I refuse to help out with the company because my anxiety gets so bad and I’m literally frozen in terror from the fear of making more mistakes. It’s a horrible way to teach people, makes the transition of power bumpy, pisses off clients, pisses off workers, and demeans the one that’s learning. It’s almost abusive.
So. Here’s the other side of the coin, and what I feel like is the more common experience. If you throw a person with no experience into the deep end of the pool, they’ll more likely drown than swim a perfect breaststroke.

I think it depends on the person, what happened to me was it became a challenge so I strived more to be somewhat... determined? Of course I learned not to be like that but now that I'm the head of one division in our company and I have to teach and guide my team, I learned that there are people who will learn more with that technique. So I guess... it depends?

we all know ahjussi did something wrong, we all agree on that. But I really believe that at the end, ahjussi really love Yoo-il. They might not have a very good start, but I really believe that towards the end, Ahjussi fell for Yoo-ill, and because of his insecurities, he did not handle/show it well.
I really hope Ahjussi is okay, I sympathize with him. I understand what he was going through.
Can someone please explain to me what was happening? ┗( T﹏T )┛
it's all part of here other book so if you haven't read the other it's normal your a lost. It's more like a compilation of extra
