I was having this thought for a while now. I hope some of you will read.
I think that gio is being kidnapped when he was a child. Remember the panel where Gio and Felix as a child meet in the playground and felix said that he wanted to marry gio. Gio was like hiding from someone that time and felix wanted to protect him. Gio was scared that time but he feel happy when baby felix Tried to protect him. And then when his mother came. Felix said that there was someone in the playground hiding with him (Which is gio) I think that time Gio was gotten by the one who kidnapped him so Felix and her mother didn't see gio again.
This is only my imagination but I think in the past gio tried to escape and became an orphan and his current mother and father take care of gio and that's how he became Daniel Kang.
His mother still wants to find him but I think the one who called Lee gang on the phone (in the recent chapter which is his father (maybe)
Know that gio is still alive and don't want to acknowledge him so he tried to cut all the information about gio. But lee gang is finding his way to find gio because of his Mother.

Yup, I also see this as a valid reason to why Gio was separated from his parents but the identity of the old man who kidnapped Gio is something I really find interest in. He wanted to use Gio to get money, right? Now he could just be some random old man but I have a random guess that he may be Gio's grandpa.
One of the chapters in the Korean raws showed an old woman with gray hair and gray eyes(just like Leegang). And she had a line where she said that her grandson is still alive. Some people thought this was Felix's grandma but I don't think she is because earlier in the chapter, Leegang was asking his mom if his grandma would come to visit and she said yes. So it would be reasonable to think she is Leegang's grandma.
I don't know why I came to the conclusion that the man who kidnapped Gio was his grandpa but the old man knew so much about Gio so he may be someone close to Gio's family. I could be right or completely wrong(which I think I am) so please take just take this as a random idea that I popped from my head.
I can also see this as one of the reason. I'm so excited of what will happen next. Really. I always wanted to know the real reason why gio became separated with his mom. ⊙﹏⊙
And I think lee gang is not really that drunk. He just wants to confirm something by acting drunk Infront of them because I think that lee gang knew the relationship between gio and Felix. He just wants to confirm it.

I'm not sure but I think lee gang is Gio's real brother and her mother was the one in the pharmacy who gave Felix the wallet.
(Spoiler: Felix mother saw Gio and Felix kissing and She has to talk about it with him.
Another is Her mother and Gio's mother is friends and suddenly saw each other again. I hope those two will accept gio and felix's relationship
