I think that’s where the misunderstanding comes in. He said “I hate it that’s scary” NOT to the sex and NOT to how wild/rough/fast Shizu was being. He said that to Shizu’s sudden laughter which he only heard like once since they were young and that was an acceptable time to laugh. This time, he was shocked and confused as to why Shizu suddenly burst out into a sudden laughter during sex and was probably creeped out (as in wtf shocked, not disgusted). So yeah, he probably looks way more freaked out than he should’ve been but then again, the author is just staying true to the oasis vs desert theme they’ve been laying out this whole arc. It’s okay to be uncomfortable though because the author was subtle with the scene no one really knows what’s going on - which was probably on purpose to represent the storm Shizu is sweeping away the sun Hiiragi is ^^
