Oh Yess of course, Tech and White beard. I think that there is a way to take the power directly from the user before they lose if/ at the time of death and before t respowns. However the only method revealed in the manga/anime is finding one. I do think in the future Oda will elaborate on this very subject.. :)

And now we can conclude that when sangwoo's father died, his mother is still alive, that apple talk when sangwoo said he didnt know because his father was just lying quietly at the backseat of the car, means his dad is dead already and the mom is an accomplice, they showed a flashback of sangwoo carrying his father's body too. Now back to start, its said that someone intrude to sangwoo's household and murdered his parents. Sang woo survived by hiding (way back when his 10 y.o. right?) We all think sangwoo killed his parents, so its only his mother that is murdered. Is she gonna confess to the police what sangwoo did? Is that why sangwoo killed her? Or is it a staged suicide of her mother thinking so theyd investigate sangwoo? But they didnt hmm
maybe the dad killed the mom. He beat them both so he probably accidentally killed her while beating her and then that pushed Sangwoo over the edge and he killed his dad.
I don't think a lot of people remember but...when Sangwoo thought Bum escaped that one time he had a mini flash back of strangling is mother...now I don't know if that was a pychological thing, like he see's Bum as his mother and if he were to catch him thats what he would or if that was literally a flashback of the past. Maybe this is confusing but In other words Sangwoo killed his mom too perhaps?

(A certain event when sangwoo said his mother take a bite and said its good and gave the apple to him. At this point, maybe the mother is the one that killed the father. Simile apple=sin, mother passed it to sangwoo so theres a chance mother killed the father;his husband and then sangwoo killed her mother. At the early chapters, we thought that sangwoo has a mother complex, although now its looked like love and hate to his mother for the reason that isnt revealed yet. * i think its dissappointment to his mother for not being a responsible/dignified parent to his child* ) Not long after that theres a flashback with sangwoo carrying the corpse of his dad(why i said it his dad, the clothes that covered it is the same as the one in the river where sangwoo said he'll forgive bum for stepping on his father) So the father definitely dies first before his mother.
Now its getting funny when Guanshan is bound to always say "Get off me" when He tian is around (≧∀≦)
