Yes could be ceasar but i dont think he'll join because he hates the straw hats. So Pudding is the beat candidate, he seems inlove with sanji when he said she was beautiful. Big mom will hate pudding because her plan was destroyed because of her and you know sanji will and the crew will just forgive her at the end.
