It's always the uke who makes the effort and I'm kind of disappointed when uke went to the other country and seme didn't do anything like assuring him, chasing him or what I can't explain it properly, but yeah I just want the seme to be more showy, overall it's good tho I wish they have more side stories.

The MC didn't like the ML (they were already married) so he forced a situation where she was being accused of killing someone so he could come and save her. Because of this she fell in love (thinking he was kind) and got pregnant. In this last chapter she discovered this (and other things) but he said he did It because he loved her and some degenerate things that only a Yandere ml would say. She almost lost the baby during this conversation and rn is sad/frustrated with the ML. ML is really crazy btw.
the male lead (damian) has been manipulating the female lead (chloe) from the very beginning. he manipulated her into marrying him and then proceeded to frame her for a murder he committed so that way when he “saved” her she would come to love him, which of course she did. at this point she’s in love with him & they enter a period of happiness. she ends up finding out that he framed her & gets pissed, she also finds out she’s pregnant. because of her stress, her pregnancy is very unstable.
this plague begins going around which chloe unfortunately gets. damian wants her to take this antidote, but she won’t because she doesn’t want to hurt the baby. damian forces her to take it & she ends up miscarrying. at this point their relationship is not good at all but he won’t let them divorce. there’s a lot of chaos within the imperial family & the male lead is planning on taking over so he needs to leave to go to the capital. when he comes back, the house is on fire & he runs in to save chloe, but she is dead.
it turns out that chloe faked her death to get away from him. he is overcome with grief, but once he finds out she’s alive he goes to get her back & she ends up forgiving him and they end up happily ever after
damian is definitely toxic and a red flag but i personally love this story lol. the art is really good, but if you don’t like angst this story is probably not for you
Like what happened to Diana and Helios?
They got divorced at the end, Helios got a new wife since Diana don't want to bear any children esp since Helios need to continue the family line since he's a royalty. I kinda forgot what happened to Diana lol.
