He does kill her brother, idk the reason exactly tho since I saw raws but seems like the brother was raping a girl and tried to get the main guy to do the sme but he didn't do it and needed up killing her brother, the brother seemed to instigate him by saying something as well, the killing method was nothing short of brutal tho
