I can't explain but this story is so awful yet beautiful at the same time. It's so idk?? human?? The way I understand it, judging from the fanfictions I've read about this (the concept is far from new), it's an alternate universe where people inherently (so through their DNA) have a sexual preference for BDSM. Rather than comparing it to Omega Verse, you should see it as a different concept of getting people to fuck, lol.
