Same. I rarely buy manga and haven't bought any in years. But when I read this a couple of months ago, I immediately knew I wanted to buy it. I even thought about buying the Japanese raws.
I've actually a ton of Japanese one's at home that I can barely read em lol but they are cheaper than the english releases. But usually for stories like this itd be nice to read a translated copy.

THIS STORY ISN'T JUST ABOUT KIDS HAVING DIFFICULTIES IN IDENTIFYING THEMSELVES AND THEIR GENDERS BUT IT IS ABOUT HOW THEY GROW WITH IT AND HOW THEY CHANGE ACCORDING TO IT. God I never felt more in sync with this than I ever did with anything EVEr. It's so lovely and realistic it doesn't hide anything. It also gives us insight on adults and their issues. I DEFINITELY FEEL THIS REQUIRES LOTS OF ATTENTION IT. IT DEALS WITH A GREAT AMOUNT OF PROBLEMS AND IS ALSO A GREAT WAY TO EDUCATE PEOPLE AND BUILD AWARENESS THAT EVERYONE IS UNIQUE AND TO NOT LOOK DOWN ON OTHER'S IDEALS.
