So apparently muyeong repeatedly threatened Gi-Tae into sex and when Gi-tae tried to break it off he'd try to kill himself I'm talking wrist chop, rope hanging everything, eventually Gi-Tae just stopped trying and decided he'd just sleep with both of them both muyeong and MC for his peace of mind and enjoyment ig. Thing is muyeong rn is still up and about with the suicdie attempts but has now decided he wants Minhos love again and Gi-tae seeing mc so stressed is over muyeongs actions thinks it's because mc still cares about him and is trying to win him back so expect more drama.

MC was delirious and couldn't tell what was happening around him, there's a chance that when his father discovered him lying there bloodied he decided to put him out of his misery or maybe mc imagined what his dad said and his dad was trying to help him up.
Either way the "burglar" from the prologue isn't armed when we see the far away view, only person armed there was gunwoo. Also the fact that the doctors labeled that place as a medicine spot kind of implies they looted it (probably after they took me away).

Now for the not so fun part
There's a possibility that MCs dad met gunwoo in the street and asked for his help with MC, and gunwoo might've gone along when dad mentioned they had meds, after gunwoo arrives at the house he might've deemed dad useless and kills him right there in front of MC, later snatching up MC who he deemed useful. Also notice the dad's face is cracked in the picture when gunwoo picks it up, might've been for this reveal, because then we'd know that gunwoo knew their relationship yet didn't care in the slightest.

HOWEVER
There's also the possibility that MCs dad was already dead and was one of those wandering undead and gunwoo seeing him wandering towards a specific location decided to follow him just to investigate. I'm which case gunwoo would technically be innocent in regards to this since he'd saved MC
