Honestly, just ignore them people who compare series like that. They don't see that there are differences and that it's only similar in theme and concept like most in this genre type. Everyone compares everything to Solo Leveling; it'll be hilarious when folks compare ORV to SL later when the anime drops. There are tons of artists who have similar art styles, you just get use to it and move on.
Either read it for the story and plot or don't read it at all, in my opinion.
