By the end of the chapter he acknowledges they both have feelings for each other but were turning a blind eye. Uke tried hiding his feelings cuz he was trynna kill him, Seme let it go cuz he couldn’t kill him even though he knew he betrayed him. “Have you never, not once wavered in your resolve to kill me?” Master piece. Seme is basically calling ukes bluff. Like kill me now if I’m wrong. Oooo the Romeo & Juliet tension/drama
Does the guide have feelings for the leader? I think this is the first time I actually don’t know. I mean I don’t see how would have feelings for him. Besides some sexual tension b/w them nothing else has happened?
I honestly don't get the hate that Riftan gets. he clearly loves her & cherishes her. he's just worried about her cuz she is/was physically weak. plus he thinks she was the cherished daughter of a duke that lived a lavish lifestyle where she was cater too. yeah he sucks at communicating but so does she. they both need to work on that
I literally don't understand the uke's thought process when he asked to be the undercover agent on this mission. like that is your main target, did you not think you would run into him? even he didn't know you were a undercover agent it would be suspicious for you to show up in Russia working in the mafia, when he last met you as a suspicious person interested in "drugs". like he really is naive. all that training to be an agent & for what? his superior too. he failed on his first mission, hasn't done any mission in those 3 years now he's you're main guy on this big mission?!!! like I know sometimes logic ain't applied to these stories, but this is basic logic. I hate when the ukes are made fools by the seme, which already is the case. like seme has had uke in the palm of his hands since the beginning. but now im stuck & need to find out how this will end
Wtf, I binged read it cuz of how good it was for it to have an ending like that?!!!! I mean yes him being the killer was shocking but it could have been a crazy plot twist. And they could have ran away? But then Giselle shot him without a second thought?! She was literally already taking the medicine to be with him forever. It didn’t look like she was hesitant. Only when the herb guy died cuz she thought Issac would be cured. But thinking back it was suspicious how Issac had more control than that other vampire that was the partner of the duchess. Like they were both being given blood & the girl vampire seemed stronger than Issac so it’s weird. And that extra chapter. What was it for?!!!! No explanation just more confusion. Like someone said imma just pretend that ending didn’t have happened & they lived happily ever after

Well that felt rushed. I understand why he failed the first time, but what about the 2nd or 3rd life. Was the answer the uke sacrificing himself? I wish there were side episodes

lol came in thinking it was possibly gonna be a wedding/pregnancy chapter & was like sex again, I guess. but the ending didn't disappoint. As I was reading I was like wow she got so much prettier must be b/c she's pregnant or the art style changed, but it was the latter. I hope we get a wedding before she gives birth or just a wedding, I hate when stories just jump over that to the couple in the future already married with a kid
finally!!!!! we're getting a reaction out of uke. I loved seeing seme being tortured trynna sway our uke, but I was getting a bit impatient. 75 chapters later & he's finally taking a initiative. like they've been hanging out peacefully for 6 months, seme had confessed his love, but we weren't getting anything from uke. I know this all new to uke so I guess he doesn't realize he potentially has feelings for seme. cuz he said it himself, he doesn't dislike seme & he clearly doesn't mind his company. I never understood the whole “progeny” thing. Usually most vampire lore, the person who turned you is basically your master/elder. So if the priest turned Eugene why are they so insistent on this whole progeny thing. & since the beginning I was so confused why the ritual failed? Was it maybe cuz Eugene & Dominic imprinted & were fated mates. They did meet when Eugene was a kid. & the priest seems to have a high position in the vampire community so it’s weird that he doesn’t have other progeny (I really need to know what they are,. Like a bond?). Unless the Priest somehow knew/guessed that Eugene was fated to the founding vampire & was planning to use him as leverage since the beginning? But that doesn’t make sense cuz they really were trying to kill him, was just a miracle he didn’t die. So many questions
I was about to delete this from my reading list cuz it has been a while since I read it & out of curiosity I pressed on the recent chapter. I wonder whats gonna happen to Verckie in the end. Cain clearly loves Agia, this was made clear a couple chapters ago. So obviously he's not a possible love interest. Maybe he'll finally be able to rest in peace when Cain (original one) comes back to life temporarily? I'm scared/nervous for Agia. He clearly loves Cain too but is tormented by his past. His entire life he's just wanted this nightmare to end & when he's finally near achieving it he falls in love & is now hesitating completing the ritual. I need more
