Till now Yoon was still convinced he kept being only the newest favorite toy for Vasya, but now seeing Vasya genuinely getting worried at seeing Yoon so scared showed him Vasya also cares for him as a person. And that was exactly what Vasya did also just a moment before, when he thought, "so, Yoon can get angry too". He was finally seeing Yoon as a person.
Yea I agree with you like when they first met and until now yoon was afraid of vasya and he wanted to do anything to get away from him but now I think he is actually started but to see the real vasya and that he vasya cares for him
