umm many thoughts. i want to start by saying the good parts; the side chapters were beautiful and the best part of this story. when jaehyeok was on his knees and asked for permission to suck yeonoh off god that was delicious. the most attractive he’s ever been and all bc he was being a service top and a little submissive and getting his hair stroked and getting cum in his face and and yeah. i love service tops and a little submission if u couldn’t tell. the art was gorgeous, there’s no denying that but god the anatomy is what stood out for me. gorgeous backs beautiful legs and amazing torsos. at the beginning the face expressions were so stiff and bland, especially jaehyeok’s, but they got better half way through.
now bad parts; i hated jaehyeok all the way until his “redemption”. dude was so ??? from the beginning. his thinking process, his actions, and everything just threw me off. he was an asshole and even though he did tell mc that he wouldn’t “fall” for him his actions said something totally different and kept hurting/confusing yeonoh. typical yaoi top. now his redemption was ok ig. i wish it was longer; more begging, more hurtful face expressions(delicious), a little crying wouldve been otherworldly, more chasing and more apologies was needed. i wish yeonoh gave jaehyeok a chance to “court” him instead of forgiving him and immediately starting a relationship. i did ended up falling for jaehyeok in the side chapters though.
yeonoh is beautiful but your typical bottom with a bland personality, alcoholic dad who’s a gambling addict with a debt, innocent younger brother, and even a grandma ! i did like how he stood his ground and didn’t immediately fold for jeahyeok when he started redeeming himself so ig he got some backbone. god the times he got raped and almost gang raped are ridiculous. basic story, basic plot, basic mc and ml. nothing we haven’t seen before but is the good kind of basic. so overall a good read for a yaoi :)
