the mc turns into an omega from a beta, and it happens while they get into a sort of ambiguous relationship. the ml also frets abt it a lot and consults therapists/doctors on how it could be that he's a beta since he thought the mc was an omega at first sight. (green forest ml in case you're wondering; they're very lovely together).
