I like me some long 200+ chapter reads, but something like this is great too once in a while.
It wasn't stuffed with filler - something a lot of longer series are very guilty of, and I liked the lack of unnecessary filler.
I do wish that we get a few more extras, but other than that - I'm pretty happy with what we got.
THIS. Now -- this has amazing potential to be a great read.
The MC is the definition of "strong female lead". Holy shit. And get design???! Perfect! Obviously, a person fighting in a war won't have time to have long flowing, conditioned hair, and won't have developed the most feminine traits, with how she was raised - but that doesn't matter, she seems like she'll be doing great things in this series. She is great, and she is a badass.
Can't wait for more chapters.

(And the Sperados to be burned at the stake -- though, I'm a little more sympathetic to the sister, because her parents really are the ones to blame for how she turned out + she did lead Beth to the burning carriage once)

I wish, I really wish though,
That the MC wasn't so.. y'know - boring. I'd love to see her show actual emotions, maybe take advantage of the fact that she's got a small personal army -- maybe even get a bit cocky, but get knocked down because of it, getting up as a better person.
Obviously we're not getting that -- it's just wishful thinking. So I'll stick to enjoying her harem expanding.
