He's a kid with issues and probably too much dependency on his brother and while I agree that he shouldn't have said those harsh words there's too much aggression here towards a child who just doesn't want his brother to go away.
Yaoi manga rarely ever addresses the MCs family and it's normal for them to be surprised that one of their members is gay. There's a ton of complications but those three probably need to have the tall about sex, relationship and understanding that their brother has his own life and capable of making his own decisions.
