I don't think I can call this sleep paralysis but whenever I lack of sleep or my sleeping schedule suddenly changed, I can't move my body and nothing strange happens to me. I'm thankful though cuz nothing's creepy happened to me while I was sleeping, I just couldn't move and after a while I can move again but when I try to go sleep I can't move and......   reply
