Basically River and the blonde guy are the 2 main characters of the first few chapters, we open up to the main story setting on a vacation in which river and his classmates (including blonde guy) basically it goes through a whole story about their past and they like talk about different things. The blonde guy has a girlfriends which river is jealous of and to get rid of that feeling he goes diving and he is really really good at it being able to hold his breath for a long time for an unknown reason. basically one day he goes down and he finds a man who is chained to a boat, his name is Morandi and before he found him the blonde guy talks about a legend of a great vampire who was drowned by his wife. Basically River keeps going down their under the guise of his watch being lost and he is trying to find it but in truth he just keeps trying to visit the vampire guy. A couple of chapters go by and we learn that the blonde guy actually got with his girlfriend because she had like ancient blood of a vampire, that the woman who was touring them is the lover who sank Morandi. The blonde guy actually set this vacation up to find the Vampire because his father had tried replicating some kind of medication to make a vampire or I think it was like a cure to a virus which was plaguing humanity (i don't remember either but :/) when things hit boiling point the woman who was the lover of Morandi, kills blonde guys girlfriend and blames river in which leads river being arrested by corrupted cops which take him to a boat and sacrifice him to try to get morandi to rise again. Morandi wakes up due to the blood in the water and saves river by making him a vampire, and the old lover gets killed by blonde guy because he finds out about river and was planning to kill her because she is duh a vampire. That's basically the end of I think season 1 but next season basically Morandi and River start a romance which they have been starting but they actually talk to each other. before going into their romance lets talk about two things which is why river can dive so deep when he was human and the backstory of Morandi and his lover. River was baited by some kind of drug addict because the drug addict got mad about how river and the blonde guy like took his dog or something and he decided to text river as the blonde guy and bait him to a very frail building which fell on river and like a pipe went through him. Blonde guy finds out what happened and goes to save river and in truth blonde guy actually likes river but hides it away because a long time ago his father abandoned him because he fell in love with an experiment/vampire. but when his father left he made 2 pills which could turn someone into a vampire but not wanting river to be a full one he just gave him a half pill which saved his life and made him have like some super human ability's such as being able to breathe for very long under water. For Morandis past basically he was like a really wealthy lord because people knew of him being this all powerful vampire and like the old lovers parents sold her off to him but he was actually pretty nice to her and treated her well. but eventually he turned her into a vampire and for some reason she sank him to the bottom of the ocean and basically took the throne and became a mad queen, one of her offspring's being the girlfriend of the blonde guy. okay season 2, basically there is a lot of romance and river and Morandi get along a lot and Morandi is trying to teach river about the life of a vampire. This is my favorite arc and its them just escaping the world, they rent out like this little house and stuff and live happily for a while. One problem, the blonde guy keeps calling the phone of river and he never answers and blonde guy being smart concludes that rivers still alive due to it not being a dead number. Blonde guy wants river because he says its "for the name of science" but in truth he really wants river back and also he wants to talk to Morandi about a suspicious red haired person which we will get back to. Morandi takes a modeling job and was able to buy a mansion in which he met a butler who comes from a longggg line of bulters before him serving Morandi due to the fact that they saved his great greatttttttttttttttttttttttt grandfather. They live their for a while, romance develops more but eventually blonde guy finds them due to the modeling pictures being yk out there. He basically shows up and Morandi and Blonde guy kind of get jealous of each other and like Blonde guy gets mad because he saw river doing the dirty with yk who. So like Morandi and Blonde get into a confrontation where Blonde guy drugs Morandi and then while he was passing out Morandi pulled a blind down hitting Blondie in the face knocking him out. River being the nice guy he is, takes Morandi to bed and try's to take blonde guy home but he cant drive him due to a mud slide or something, so he just puts him in a cart and walks him to the city. Blonde guy wakes up, they get into a fight, some random black haired guy twink gets up and shoots river with a regular gun which slows him down and blondie basically kidnaps River. Morandi wakes up really mad and goes to the lab to save River. River wakes up in the lab and is met with i think a collar which basically drains out the blonde of a vampire very very slowly and like Blondie is torturing him for no reason because he has like this stupid resentment for river because he left blondie. We get introduced to 2 new characters that being the Twinky black haired guy and then a red haired vampire. Red haired vampire was an old friend/enemies of Morandi and basically there's a whole story there of how they fought and red haired guy really hates kings or soemthing like that and yadadada, but basically Morandi chops the head of the red haired guy and throws his body into a pit and if you didnt know it takes decades for the vampire to regrow its whole body. black haired guy is like a step-sibling to blonde guy and helps him with his experiments but like he falls in love with red haired guy who came back to life and started like this virus which drives people mad and the blonde guys father actually was able to make a cure and save the world but he like left for an experiment or something. there's a little bit of romance with black haired guy and red haired guy but it ends fast as black haired guy has a lot of loyalty to blondie. Morandi saves river, they have a lot of dialogue there about personal stuff and that's basically the best summary I can give with what I remember. Just to note I am leaving out a lot of personal chemistry and if you want more of that just read it again trust me its fun to reread something this good. I may be wrong about names, events, or places so don't sue me if you find something I did wrong just write it down below so people know! enjoy.
