Yes and no to that, while I don’t think all humans are born evil I think somewhat they can be, a pair of siblings could endure the same circumstances and one can live a happy life against those odds and one can live a life of cruelty and violence. Some people are just hardwired differently at a fundamental level, sometimes they can have the happiest of childhoods and still that is not enough, I’ve listened to probably too many podcasts of serial killers and it’s truly a mixed bag of trauma, blunt force head injuries and kids with loving parents who just have a bloodthirst for ruining others lives, pure psychopathy
