For a lot of mixed raced Korean people, they have an English name and Korean name. My friend has a baby who is half Korean, and the baby's English name is Angelica, but her Korean name is Hyemin. (Even a lot of full Korean people have English names). So I was thinking that it's possible that chef may also have an English name and a Korean name and maybe his Korean name matches Sooha's imprint? Totally just speculation on my part though.
