So I'll go straight to point on my thoughts on this.
1. Linda is the most suspicious out of them all. Because she didn't tell Noah the fact that there was a men who came into Noah's room. Also the fact that men came into the room through the window which can be unlocked by a pin. So either it's someone in the mansion who came into the room or the psychiatrist guy or it's Linda who told the men Noah's room location.
2. Psychiatrist guy is also under heavy suspicion since his face isn't reveal makes it more like he's a very important character in this. Every character in this manhwa has different hair colors. Except for Linda and the psychiatrist no one has black hairs which makes it they're related to each other somehow. either sibling or some other relation. I think Linda and the current psychiatrist has something against the Noah or her father. If you look closely Linda tried to grab Noah's neck several times.
3. Linda deliberately asks Noah about the treatment she received for auditory hallucinations which makes it even more suspicious. Maybe Noah's father did something to make Linda trying revenge on Noah? I don't know.
4. It didn't show what the doctor said about her to her father it could be a trivial thing that's why they didn't show the panels or very important information which will be revealed later.
5. Noah's father and brother knows the existence of the ghost yet tries to make Noah mentaly ill patient.
So much thing is yet to be unravel. Let's see how the story progress
The amount of ignorance among the people in the comments section is outrageous. Purely thinking like a Peasant would think like. HELLO she was a royalty and not the 21st century one but waaaay back in time. Even the royal family members of current time of some countries doesn't do their own cooking, dressing up, household chores or any other activities by themselves. Heck not even the rich people does that. So what makes you think that nobles at that time would have done so when that was the era of nobles and royalties? Young noble girls were tought to learn embroidery and other fancy activities. And that was what they were even took pride in to. Before getting all hyper try understanding the context and the situation.

Seriously SO MUCH searching? You just copy jp name of any manga, paste it on Google and cmoa is like third of fourth link xD also on cmoa or other similar sites you can only check few pages of every chapter, to read full version u have to buy it.
For other mangas it was easily came up but somehow this manga didn't came out even after search the name on cmoa. Had to look for authors other works paste the name then went to the authors other works then found it. Phew
