So I'll go straight to point on my thoughts on this.
1. Linda is the most suspicious out of them all. Because she didn't tell Noah the fact that there was a men who came into Noah's room. Also the fact that men came into the room through the window which can be unlocked by a pin. So either it's someone in the mansion who came into the room or the psychiatrist guy or it's Linda who told the men Noah's room location.
2. Psychiatrist guy is also under heavy suspicion since his face isn't reveal makes it more like he's a very important character in this. Every character in this manhwa has different hair colors. Except for Linda and the psychiatrist no one has black hairs which makes it they're related to each other somehow. either sibling or some other relation. I think Linda and the current psychiatrist has something against the Noah or her father. If you look closely Linda tried to grab Noah's neck several times.
3. Linda deliberately asks Noah about the treatment she received for auditory hallucinations which makes it even more suspicious. Maybe Noah's father did something to make Linda trying revenge on Noah? I don't know.
4. It didn't show what the doctor said about her to her father it could be a trivial thing that's why they didn't show the panels or very important information which will be revealed later.
5. Noah's father and brother knows the existence of the ghost yet tries to make Noah mentaly ill patient.
So much thing is yet to be unravel. Let's see how the story progress
