You opinion is valid though others including myself like it for what it is and a multitude of other reasons and personal i find the characters funny and somewhat relatable in some scenes.

Speaking for the majority: It would be a miracle if you don't get bad feelings while reading it. If you don't, then you either read it just for the sex or without thinking. I can't think of any other reason why someone would like this, unless your wants and needs are not that demanding... Could also be that maybe you did not read enough BLs with good plot and characters.

As someone who writes stories and has read thousands of novels and books, I have strong opinions since I have read all kinds of books.
If you have only read 50 books, your knowledge of good character and story building might be limited. As you keep reading more and return to books you once enjoyed, you might see them in a different light. Your wants and needs in a book will change, and you will notice the flaws in previously read books. That is a natural thing to experience.
This applies to any kind of book. In this case, it is manga - BL. I have read so many that when I reread one I read 5 years ago, I was ashamed to see that I had given it 4 stars back then. Now, it is a 2 out of 5 for me.

From what I gathered chapter 75 here is only a bonus story from 2014, set in a parallel setting of the post-trial relationship where Horus has that toxic hate/lust thing for Seth.
