Jiho is extremely averse to rejection, he’s closed off and numb, callous and playing with people so he never loses the upper hand. The brother baited Jiho in the same way Jiho did to his sister. A reflection of Jiho (mysterious, gorgeous, arrogant) and Jiho is intrigued by it. The brother than uses the same words “just having fun.” Jiho realizes this is how he has made people feel, small, used and humiliated. For the first time he’s had to face who he is and he’s horrified and ashamed.
He runs away only for Yujung to come after him. He was already paying attention to Yujung before that and this solidified the fact this person actually cared about him in a way he never trusted anyone to. This catalysis him falling for Yujung and choosing to not be a jerk. I think him choosing to go with the brother and the doctor are a form of self harm too.

I think he just used the perfume as an excuse to approach the brother and so does the brother at his home. No they definitely never met in London. I don’t think Jiho was particularly interested in figuring out his sexuality, he used his looks as a tool to trifle with people of all genders.
I think him approaching the brother is both to show his growing awareness of his own sexuality (because of Yujun) as well his own attraction to things that are bad for him as a form of self harm. He knows the brother is like him, he knows he will be no good for him because Jiho can stay aloof, dump him and it won’t matter. He’s blushing because he’s genuinely attracted to him too.
This is all my own interpretation though but this is one of my favorite scenes in a BL manwha ever and I’m defo overanalysing
