I don’t think a lot of the things he’s done is toxic, however, some, yes, including his possessiveness. I also am the type of person to laugh in situations where they shouldn’t be laughed at and it’s extremely difficult to control, which I assume is the same for Woojin. Though you’re not giving him the Benefit of the doubt, woojin had done a lot for our lovely mc/uke, he doesn’t care about coming out but for the sake of our mc he hid their relationship (this, referring to the flashback) which is difficult and can also hurt a lot. At the end of the day, woojin has a lot of flaws but he isn’t nearly as bad as a handful of other semes from different BLS which is why I don’t see him as “that bad”
I totally see where your coming from. I also know that there are way worse characters out there, but I guess we have to wait and see their development :)
